Jeremy M. Hoffman
Law Practice
Mr. Hoffman is a founding member of Young Hoffman, LLC, now known as Hoffman Law Office, LLC. His practice consists of general civil litigation, specifically including contract, construction, real estate, personal injury, probate, lease, insurance coverage, and tort disputes. He has participated in trials in the U.S. District Court for Utah, the U.S. District Court for Arizona, Iowa State Court, and Utah State Courts, with significant experience in arbitration and mediation. He has also argued appeals in the Utah Supreme Court and Utah Court of Appeals.

Mr. Hoffman has participated in trials involving claims for breach of warranty, insurance contracts, partnership agreements, leases, development agreements, intellectual property licensing contracts, and many other diverse commercial contract disputes.
As a substantial element of his practice, Mr. Hoffman continues to represent and advise a broad range of clients in the construction, real estate, and retail industries. He regularly represents clients in disputes involving ownership interests in corporate entities, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies.
